Who I am

I'm Yasaman, an Integrative Women's Health Practitioner focused on perimenopause and hormonal health, and I work with women the way I once needed someone to work with me. My approach is biology-led and trauma-informed: I read your hormones, your stress physiology, and your lived history as one picture, not a list of separate problems to fix. I believe your capacity, worn down by years of chronic stress and everything you've carried, can be rebuilt.
