You’re doing everything right, and still you don’t quite feel like yourself. The energy hasn’t come back, your sleep breaks at 3am, your labs keep coming back fine while you know something is off, and somewhere along the way you started to wonder whether the problem is you.

I want to tell you, gently, that it isn’t. Your body isn’t broken. It has been carrying more than anyone has named, and it’s communicating, not failing.

That’s why I started Return to Capacity Letters. I’m Yasaman, a trauma-informed Integrative Women’s Health Practitioner, and I came to this work through my own body, after years of efforting my way through life and still feeling depleted. What brought me back to myself wasn’t another protocol. It was learning to read the whole picture, my hormones, my stress, my Nervous System, and tending to them in the right order, safety first, so the rest could actually hold.

These Letters are that, made for you. A quieter place than a caption, where I can write slowly and explain what’s really happening inside your body and why it makes sense. Some weeks that will look like a grounded note on your hormones, your blood sugar, or your Nervous System. Other weeks it will be a nourishing recipe with the why behind it, the kind of food that steadies you rather than asking you to restrict.

It’s for the woman who is wired and tired, who has carried a great deal and quietly stopped feeling like herself, and who is ready for something paced and sustainable instead of one more push.

And I’d love to know you a little. When you have a moment, hit reply and tell me what’s felt hardest in your body lately. I read every one.

So, welcome. I’m genuinely glad you’re here. Settle in, the first proper Letter is on its way, and I’ll meet you in your inbox.

With care,
Yasaman
